About Us

Hi, I’m Vivien Hsu. I’m a Credentialled Diabetes Educator and an Accredited Consultant Pharmacist. I can help you in English or Mandarin or Chinese dialects such as Hakka or Hokkien.

I work closely with your doctors (GPs and/or specialists) to help you take control of your diabetes management from lifestyle improvement through to oral and/or injectable medications at any stage of your life.

I also do Home Medicine Review to answer your questions and to help you understand and manage your medications better at home. I work closely with your GP who will receive a report from me with suggestions to achieve optimal treatments for your health conditions.

You can access diabetes education consultations and Home Medicine Review services through referrals from your doctors. I currently provide diabetes education service and Home Medicine Review service for several medical centres and pharmacies.
