We will share some simple steps towards taking the right actions to give you a healthier and more energetic lifestyle.

Vivien Hsu is a Credentialled Diabetes Educator, an Accredited Consultant Pharmacist and Weight Management Consultant whose calling is helping people live well with diabetes and really enjoy the precious life!

Judgement Free Zone

Many patients have told me they feel judged by others. We aim to provide a judgement free zone where you are comfortable to be yourself, knowing you are not alone! Come and share your experience with others to support and learn from each other!

Emotional Support

Many patients have tried eating healthier food, being more active, using medication properly but forgot about emotional support! We ask you to BE KIND to YOURSELF by saying YES to self-care and NO to self-criticism. When you take care of yourself, you can help others even more! Join us to encourage each other and build your confidence to live well with diabetes.
